Born in Hawkinsville, Georgia, Charles was a three sport athlete at Hawkinsville High School. The Carolina Panthers drafted Charles in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft from the University of Georgia. He spent all 11 years of his NFL career in Carolina. Charles recorded 67.5 sacks during his professional career making him second all-time in Panthers franchise history. Charles is dedicated to growing the game of football in the Carolinas through Team CJ and New Age Flag Football.
Sean was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. He is a graduate of Butler High School where he helped the Bulldogs to three 4A NC State Football Championships. He was an All Conference Player his Junior and Senior Year as well as All State his Senior Year. Sean earned MVP honors in football his Junior and Senior years and Sixth Man of the Year in basketball his Junior season. He starred at Ball State University and earned Most Improved Player and First Team All Conference (MAC) in 2015 while leading the team in tackles. He earned the Dave McClain Leadership award and Third Team All Conference honors in 2016. He is a Coordinator for New Age Flag Football and Coach for the PAL Panthers.
Originally from Syracuse, NY, Ed is a former college football player with a passion for coaching, sports, fitness. He has 20+ years of coaching experience and started with New Age Flag Football in Fall 2020. He has been named New Age Flag Football League Coach of the Year and won multiple championships. He is a former sergeant in the U.S. Army with a Bachelor's degree from George Mason University, and a Master's Degree in Sports Management Leadership from Northcentral University. He is a senior consultant of high school football for the National Football League.

Mike, a Georgia native, spent four years at Coastal Carolina University where he earned FCS Second Team All American honors. He signed as an undrafted free agent with the San Diego Chargers. He was a star in the Carolina Panthers Super Bowl run in 2015. During his time in Carolina he was a 3x Pro Bowler and earned First Team All Pro honors in 2013 and 2015. Mike finished his NFL career with over 40 touchdowns.
Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Mike is a graduate of Harding University High School where he was an All-Conference Quarterback. He then moved on to be a four year starting Wide Receiver at Davidson College while receiving a bachelor's degree in Economics. Currently, Mike is a Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo. He has also been a volunteer High School Football Coach for 21 years and currently coaches at Hough High School. He also coaches team Fruition at the Charlotte New Age Flag Football League location winning multiple Championships.
Born in Lynchburg, VA, Chris was a First Team All State High School Defensive Back. Considered a three star recruit, he went on to play at the University of Virginia starting over 30 games for the Cavaliers and recording 40 tackles, 4 interceptions, and a returned touchdown his Senior year. Chris was drafted in the second round by the Minnesota Vikings and spent time with the 49ers as well. He recorded over 100 tackles in his NFL career.
Born in Mobile, Alabama, Captain was a Three Time All-Region High School Football Athlete. He went on to play at the University of South Carolina and was named All-SEC in 2007. He was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in 2009 and holds the team's record for most interceptions returned for touchdowns. He also played for the Vikings and Bills. He finished his NFL career with over 500 combined tackles, a dozen interceptions, and five defensive touchdowns.

Chris is a Charlotte native, who has a passion for sports, coaching and mentoring our youth. Chris brings multiple seasons of flag football coaching to the table, coaching and developing young athletes in the Charlotte and Huntersville area. He has been a New Age Flag Football Coach of the Year and has won multiple Championships with various age groups. Chris is a University of North Carolina at Charlotte graduate, dedicated not only to coaching, but helping the youth of our area build a strong, foundational work ethic that will serve them throughout life.
Sean grew up playing high school football in Clarksville, TN. He is a 9-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he played one semi-pro football season for the Camp Lejeune Bulldogs. Sean played collegiate rugby at Columbia University while earning his B.A. in Psychology and Special Concentration in Business Management and is currently a Solution Delivery Manager at Deloitte. Sean brings a passion for coaching character, discipline, and excellence from an advanced Marine Corps instructor, to business process coach at Deloitte, and now defensive coordinator for multiple flag football championship teams.
Born in Lynchburg, VA, Ian was an All-Region Quarterback at E.C. Glass High School. He then went on to be a member of the James Madison University football team and graduated with a major in Health Science. Ian is the Executive Director of New Age Flag Football. Prior to New Age, he assisted JJ in operating Crown Town Flag Football. Currently Ian Coaches the Northwest Cabarrus High School Women's Flag Football Team. Ian also serves on the Charlotte Sports Foundation.
A native of Charlotte, NC, JJ was a multi-sport athlete at Butler High School. He lettered in Soccer and Track & Field. He fell in love with flag football while attending UNCW. Upon graduating with a Sports Management degree he founded a premier adult league, Crown Town Flag Football, that he operated from 2012 to 2018. Several Crown Town teams have won world and national titles. JJ co-found and is now the Commissioner of New Age Flag Football, Charlotte's Premier Youth Flag Football League serving over 1,500 families in the Metro Area.
